William Dillon-Leetch

William is a Partner in the Corporate team at Mason Hayes & Curran. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, particularly in the energy and built environment sectors.

William has extensive experience in the renewable energy and built environment sectors and has advised on some of the most prominent infrastructure transactions in Ireland in recent years.

He frequently works with international and private equity clients that have a global footprint and advises on cross-border transactions involving stakeholders and advisors from different jurisdictions.
