Liam Brazil

Liam is Of Counsel and is part of the knowledge function in the Corporate team at Mason Hayes & Curran.

Liam is a qualified lawyer and was a senior partner in the firm's Corporate team until his retirement in March 2024. Liam had 35 years’ experience working as a corporate transaction lawyer before moving into his current role.

As a transactional lawyer Liam was vastly experienced in all types of corporate transactions, both domestic and international, including private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations, shareholder and joint venture arrangements. He was also a trusted adviser to many corporate clients on corporate and commercial related matters.

Liam is now using his experience to support Mason Hayes & Curran's corporate knowledge team generally. In addition, he has a particular focus on corporate training, mentoring and corporate precedents.
