Landslog have handled many of the largest M&A transactions in Iceland over the past couple of years, for example:

• Vidar Ludviksson was sole legal advisor to FAST-1 slhf. on the sale to Reginn hf. (a listed company) of two real-estate companies with an enterprise value of EUR 185,000,000. The transaction was finalised in September 2018.
• In 2017 Vidar Ludviksson advised Vodafone Iceland (i.e. Syn hf., which is listed on the Icelandic Nasdaq stock exchange) on the purchase of assets and operations (including TV stations, content agreements with foreign providers) from 365 midlar hf.
• In 2017 Vidar Ludviksson and Jona Bjork Helgadottir advised Hagar hf. (Iceland’s largest retailer, listed on the Icelandic Nasdaq stock exchange) on the purchase of all shares in the oil company Oliuverzlun Islands hf. (around 133 million Euros).

(furniture, lighting, storage and accessories retail), Kaupthing hf., HS Orka (power company), OR (Reykjavik Energy power company), The Financial Supervisory Authority, Islandsbanki hf. (bank), Arion Bank hf., various municipalities (administrative, zoning and planning), Lyfja (retail pharmaceutical products in Iceland), the National University Hospital of Iceland, and ISAVIA ohf.
