Partner of the firm since 2009, Sergio has more than 20 years of professional experience advising Mexican and foreign companies in corporate and regulatory matters, project finance and infrastructure, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as securities and derivatives. He has represented issuers, investors, financial intermediaries, promoters; as well as government entities in a considerable number of banking and finance transactions and securitizations including private capital and venture capital, public offers and in the design and implementation of public tenders and PPOs. A master degree in 2002 in European Union Law by Universidad Carlos III in Spain and a PhD. by the Universidad Complutense in Madrid on Constitutional Law on January, 2016.
