Ozofu is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Advisory, Private Equity and M&A teams.  She chaired the Technical Advisory Committee on the bills to amend the Companies and Allied Matters Act and the Investments & Securities Act.

• Advised Kellogg Company in connection with an investment in Dufil Prima Foods Plc and the exercise of Kellogg’s option to purchase 50% of Tolaram Africa Pte. Ltd’s shares in Tolaram Africa Foods.
• Advised AR Packaging Group in the acquisition of Nampak Cartons Nigerian Limited and of Nampak Properties Nigeria Limited by the AR Packaging Group.
• Advised Netri Private Foundation as the lender in relation to the US$500,000 loan facility to Babban Gona Farmer Services Limited for its working capital requirements in order to enhance its farming activities. 
• Advised Synergy Capital Managers in connection with Synergy Private Equity Fund II's equity investment of $10,000,000 in Bell Oil & Gas Limited. 
• Advised Student Accomod8 Limited, as the Borrower, in connection with the =N=300 million facility granted by the Nigerian Infrastructure Debt Fund.
