Fitriana Mahiddin is the managing partner of SSEK Law Firm and a supervising partner of the firm’s energy and natural resources (including oil and gas) and mining practices.

Fitriana has extensive experience advising multinationals and large Indonesian companies doing business in Indonesia. She is heavily involved in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters, foreign investment, insurance, and project finance, with a focus on the energy and natural resources sector.

In the oil and gas sector, Fitriana has represented numerous leading offshore and local upstream oil and gas companies. Her experience includes assisting investors in acquiring oil and gas blocks, preparing and negotiating farm-in/farmout agreements, joint operating agreements and gas sales contracts, as well as setting up branch offices and project companies for clients.

Fitriana has advised several production sharing contractors on upstream projects involving SKK Migas, including Mubadala Petroleum, Chevron, Inpex, Mandala Energy, and Total E&P Indonesie.

Fitriana is recognized by legal directories as a leading practitioner in Indonesia for energy and natural resources. She writes regularly on oil and gas, mining and energy regulation in Indonesia.
