Fitriana Mahiddin is a supervising partner of the oil and gas, and geothermal practices at SSEK. She has extensive experience advising multinationals and large domestic companies doing business in the Indonesian energy and natural resources sector.

• Assisted Air Products in connection with their development of coal gasification projects in Indonesia.
• Assisted Mubadala Petroleum as Indonesian counsel in the sale of its operating interests in the Andaman I and South Andaman PSCs. Also assisted the client on a retainer on several matters related to Mubadala Petroleum’s operations.
• Advised PT Pertamina International Shipping on the establishment of an Indonesian shipping company and the relevant licenses to be obtained for the company to engage in the transportation of liquefied natural gas.
• Advised Allianz X, the digital investment unit of the Allianz Group, on its US$35 million investment in Gojek, the leading Indonesian ride‐ailing platform that also offers various consumer on‐demand and payment services.
