SBB SKr4.5 billion acquisition of DNB Bank headquarters

Overview:

• Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden (SBB) - Effnetplattformen until December 2016 - has acquired DNB Bank's headquarters in Oslo from Meteva for SKr4.5 billion.
• The deal was structured as a debt and equity transaction and included a directed share issue to the seller.
• The office building has a total lettable area of 49,000 m² and commands a rental income of approximately NKr180 million.
