Real estate technology company CoreLogic announced that its Board of Directors approved an agreement to be acquired by funds managed by private equity firms Insight Partners and Stone Point Capital for approximately $6 billion.
The funds will pay $80 per share, with the deal expecting to close in Q2 2021.
Evercore is acting as the financial advisor to CoreLogic. JP Morgan Securities and Wells Fargo Securities are the financial advisors to Insight Partners and Stone Point Capital.
