Route 2 and Route 7 highways PPPs

Overview:

• Route 2 and Route 7 highways PPPs.
• Rutas del Este, a project company established by the Sacyr-Mota Engil-Ocho consortium, has signed a the public-private partnership (PPP) contract with the government of Paraguay to expand highways Route 2 and Route 7.
• The project os the first PPP in Paraguay.
• Sacyr-Mota Engil-Ocho comprises Sacyr, a Spanish construction company, Mota Engil, a Portuguese construction company, and Ocho A, a Paraguayan road construction company.
