  • The aim of the PPP project is to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the N7 Newlands Cross Flyover and the N11 Arklow Rathnew Dual Carriageway.
  • In 2013, BAM PPP PGGM, the joint venture between project developers BAM PPP and PGGM won the PPP contract.
  • In 2019, BAM PPP undertook a €147 million refinancing of the PPP project.
