ITV €500 million acquisition of Talpa Media

Overview:

• ITV has acquired Netherlands-based Talpa Media from Talpa Holding for €500 million. 
• Talpa Media produces The Voice, The Voice Kids, Utopia, I Love My Country and Dating In The Dark.
• The company has created around 75 shows in over 180 countries. 
• Talpa will pay an initial cash consideration of €500 million, but the maximum consideration is worth up to €1.1 billion.
