Paul Hastings has added another London partner to its team as it continues to expand in the UK.

Arun Srivastava joins the firm from Baker McKenzie where he led the financial services regulatory practice. He acts on financial services regulatory matters and will lead the regulatory and fintech and payments practice at his new firm.

Srivastava advises on a range of regulatory issues including on the offering of cryptocurrencies, tokens and coins, the application of financial services litigation and its implications, and regulatory developments.

His hire comes after the recent additions of M&A partner Roger Barron from Linklaters, private equity partner Anu Balasubramanian from DLA Piper and privacy and cybersecurity partner Sarah Pearce.
