Zain Pandit

Zain is a member of the firm’s corporate practice. His practice focuses on corporate governance, business structuring and restructuring, public procurements as well as mergers and acquisitions.

He has represented domestic and foreign corporations in a variety of cross-border acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and other business combination transactions.

He has represented overseas weapons and military equipment manufacturers on government procurements. Zain is currently involved with developing the firm’s China-focused practice.

Zain has more than 8 years of experience, all of which have been with JSA.

• Ebix on its acquisition of a majority stake in Itz Cash Card Limited
• Sistema JSFC in connection with the demerger of its telecom wireless business to Reliance Communications Limited in exchange for equity
• Owens Corning on its acquisition of InterWrap
• Fidelity on its investment in Shadowfax and Cygnus Hospitals
• Groupon in connection with setting up its India operations, which included the acquisition of sosasta.com
• vivo Mobile and Oppo Mobile on setting up their India operations
• Several North American weapons and military equipment manufacturers on procurements by the Indian Ministry of Defence
