Nader Abdelaziz

Nader Abdelaziz is a Senior Associate in ASAR’s Kuwait office and has been with the firm since 2015. His practice focuses on public and private M&A, government projects and tenders, joint ventures, restructuring, and a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. He advises international and domestic clients across key sectors including construction, defence, education, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, fintech, and oil and gas.

Nader regularly handles complex cross-border transactions and high-value construction and development projects. His experience includes advising on foreign investment matters, corporate structuring, and agency and distributorship arrangements.

• Nader was part of ASAR’s team advising Adeptio AD Investments SPC Limited on its acquisition of a 93.4% stake in Kuwait Food Company (Americana) from Dubai Islamic Bank PJSC, a transaction valued at USD 3.4 billion.
  
  
• Nader played a key role in advising ASX-listed Cleanaway Waste Management Ltd in relation to its USD 377 million acquisition of Contract Resources Group Pty Ltd.
  
  
• Nader played a substantive role in supporting ASAR’s advice to multinational technology companies on the establishment of data centre operations in Kuwait, including regulatory and commercial aspects.
  
  
• Nader formed part of ASAR’s team advising Qurain Petrochemical Industries Company (QPIC) on its acquisition of a controlling stake in Jassim Transport & Stevedoring Company WLL (JTC), one of Kuwait’s long-established integrated logistics businesses.
  
  
• Nader played a significant supporting role in advising Magrabi Investment Group on its acquisition of Kefan Optics Company KSCC, a leading supplier of optical products and solutions in Kuwait.
