Michael Zellermayer is a partner in FBC’s Corporate department.  One of the most prominent attorneys in Israel, Mr. Zellermayer specializes in sophisticated domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate and commercial law matters, banking and finance, and telecommunications matters, with extensive experience in the fields of capital markets and energy and infrastructure.

Mr. Zellermayer has been at the forefront of Israel’s most significant domestic and cross-border transactions and has represented clients in some of the largest and high-profile transactions in Israel in recent years, including the Apax-Saban-Arkin group in the acquisition of a controlling stake in Bezeq, the largest telecom provider in Israel, as well as in the sale of such holdings; the Saban Capital Group in the acquisition of a controlling interest in Partner-Orange, one of the leading cellular operators in Israel; SI Corporation, in a stock-for-stock acquisition of Fundtech Ltd.; Apax Partners in the acquisitions of Psagot Investment House and of Tnuva (Israel's largest food conglomerate); and Permira in the acquisition of Netafim.

Mr. Zellermayer serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, in addition to having served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Tel-Aviv Municipality Fund.

Prior to joining FBC, Mr. Zellermayer was the founding partner and Chairman of Zellermayer, Pelossof, Rosovsky, Tsafrir, Toledano & Co.
