Avraham Well is a senior partner and head of FBC’s Corporate practice.   With 30 years of experience, he is ranked by international and domestic indices as one of Israel’s premier corporate attorneys, specializing in debt restructuring, capital markets, banking & finance, corporate governance, securities regulation and M&A.

He has been involved in numerous high-profile M&A transactions at the forefront of Israel’s economic and business agenda, including representing the Government of Israel in the privatization of major banks in Israel; advising Eurocom Group in acquiring the controlling interest in Bezeq (Israel’s largest telecommunications company); representing the BrightFood Group in acquiring the controlling interest in Tnuva (Israel’s largest food conglomerate); and representing Rafael Advanced Defense Systems in its NIS850M reverse triangular merger acquisition of Aeronautics.

He has been involved in Israel's largest equity and debt offerings, including B Communications’ USD800M note offering, the first international high yield offering listed on the TASE, and in its subsequent notes repurchase; Bezeq's NIS3.7B IPO of notes; and the IPO of REIT 1, Israel’s first publicly traded REIT.

He was involved in many of Israel’s most significant restructurings, aggregating over NIS20B of debt; he is the only Israeli private sector member of the International Insolvency Institute.
