Michael Nørremark

Michael Nørremark specialises in tax law, corporate law, and incentive programmes.

Michael has advised on a string of precedent-setting Danish and foreign capital market and M&A transactions as well as restructurings. His in-depth knowledge of tax and corporate law forms the core of his advice.

In addition, he has extensive experience in advising on option, bonus and other incentive and investment programmes targeted at employees.

Finally, Michael advises on the tax and legal aspects of corporate and investment structures, private equity and venture capital funds, investment funds, and financial products.
