Markus Piuk is partner at Schoenherr and has more than 12 years of experience as a lawyer, mainly focusing on corporate / m&a related work in South East Europe. He also has great experience in finance and tax law. Within Schoenherr, he has had a major contribution to the development of Schoenherr’s network in South East Europe.

Markus has acted frequently for clients in the food/non-food retail and the financial industry (such as REWE, Verbund, Vienna Insurance Group and OMV), as well as financial investors advising them on their foreign direct investment in SEE. He also advises local businesses in this region on domestic and outbound investments.
