Attila K. Csongrady is qualified in England and New York. He is a CEE/SEE debt finance specialist fascinated by energy and infrastructure. His six years in the leveraged finance practice of a global elite law firm in London, a secondment to the leveraged finance team of a US financial group in London and his "on the ground" involvement in major financings in CEE, SEE, CIS, Austria and Ukraine have given him a broad range of experience and an ability to see the wider picture in deal-making. He draws on these qualities to tackle his clients' complex issues in banking and financentransactions. He always aims to reach the best commercial outcome in the swiftest possible way. Attila works across sectors and product areas for lenders and borrowers with an emphasis on leveraged and non-leveraged acquisition finance, real estate finance, securitisations and other structured financings, debt restructuring and portfolio sales. He also regularly accompanies clients on transactions in APAC, Africa, the Middle East and in various emerging markets.
