Flavio Romerio is Homburger's managing partner and head of the White Collar & Investigations team. His work focuses on complex matters at the crossroads of regulatory, civil and criminal proceedings. He represents clients in investigations by Swiss and foreign authorities, leads internal investigations and advises clients on their compliance framework.
