Eoin Cassidy

Eoin is a Partner in the Construction, Infrastructure and Utilities department and is the Head of the Energy sector at Mason Hayes & Curran. Eoin is recognised as one of Ireland’s leading energy advisors and has advised on some of the most significant energy projects and transactions in the Irish market.

He also provides advice to clients on complex infrastructure projects during development, financing, construction and operation.

In contentious matters, Eoin has acted for clients in a number of Court proceedings, conciliations and arbitrations representing the interests of contractors. He has also advised on the resolution of disputes in high-value matters in the energy and construction sectors.
