Carlos joined KPMG Abogados in October 2018 as Head of Real Estate and has over 20 years of experience advising on highly complex and high‑value real estate transactions in Spain, Europe, and the U.S.

He regularly advises on real estate development transactions, asset acquisitions and disposals, leasing and portfolio management, development and acquisition financing, divestments, and mergers and acquisitions of real estate companies. His main clients include real estate developers, investment funds, financial institutions, family offices, SOCIMIs, hotel operators, retailers, and industrial companies.
