Alina Radu

Alina Radu heads NNDKP’s Banking and Finance practice and has more than 23 years of practical experience in a wide range of projects, advising companies in relation to multi-jurisdictional or domestic financing and refinancing facilities, shaping complex security structures and addressing key financing aspects in various borrower default or insolvency scenarios.

Alina has assisted clients in landmark deals on the Romanian market, including complex mergers and acquisitions projects in the banking sector, financing transactions, sales/acquisitions and development of real estate projects.

• Advised Getin Holding Group, as part of an international team of advisors, on the Romanian law aspects related to the sale of the shares held in Idea Bank, in a EUR 43 million transaction.
• Advised a club of Romanian banks in the financing of one of Romania’s largest on-line retailers in a complex multi-borrower developing financing structure.
• Advised the largest Romanian bank in the refinancing of a Class-A office complex in the most important business district of Bucharest.
