Tosin Oyebanjo

Tosin is a senior associate in the CSF group of the firm and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions and Competition and Consumer Protection practice groups. She has experience in Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions and Competition Law. She advises companies on the provisions of the FCCPA on merger control proceedings, restrictive agreements, and abuse of dominance. 

• Advised the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the issuance of an aggregate of U.S.$4 billion notes (i.e., the issue of U.S.$1,250,000,000 6.125 per cent. Notes due 2028, U.S.$1,500,000,000 7.375 per cent. Notes due 2033 and U.S.$1,250,000,000 8.250 per cent. Notes due 2051 under its Global Medium Term Note Programme in the international capital market
• Advised MTN Nigeria Communications Plc in connection with the establishment of a N478.2 billion equity shelf programme and Series 1 offer thereunder;
• Advised Access Bank Plc in connection with the issuance of US$500 million perpetual fixed-rate resettable non-cumulative non-call subordinated (AT1) notes by Access Bank Plc
• Advised United Bank for Africa Plc in connection with the establishment of a $1,500,000,000 global medium term note programme and the issuance of US$300,000,000 6.75% senior notes.
• Advised Bank of Industry Limited in connection with the issuance of up to €750,000,000 Eurobond by BOI Finance B.V (the “Issuer”), an SPV incorporated by Bank of Industry Limited.
