Ayodele is known for her expertise in structuring multijurisdictional transactions having advised on a number of strategic platform investments across West Africa. She is a Commonwealth Trust Scholar, a Pegasus Trust Scholar, and garnered significant international experience on secondment in the private equity department of Clifford Chance LLP, where she advised on transactions with focus on west and east Africa. She also has extensive funds advisory, project finance, anti-trust, company secretarial and compliance experience.

  • She co-led the team that advised MBO Capital Management Limited in connection with its strategic divestment of its entire 4,900,520,000 ordinary shares representing 80% equity stake in the share capital of a pension fund administrator, Radix Pension Managers Limited to CardinalStone Partners Limited.

  • She led the team that advised Norfund on strategic sustainable investments by way of convertible loans in a recycling company.

  • She co-led the team that advised Norfund in connection with its indirect investment in FTN Cocoa Processors Plc.

  • She co-led the team that advised Access Holdings Plc/Access Bank Plc in connection with its acquisition of First Guarantee Pension Limited and subsequent merger of the latter with Sigma Pensions Limited to give rise to the enlarged Access Pensions Limited, the 4th largest PFA in Nigeria.

  • She led the team that advised AAA Consortium Fund Managers, which is one of four fund/ asset managers selected to manage assets of the Infrastructure Corporation of Nigeria Limited (Sponsor), a $1trillion infrastructure and industrial project vehicle sponsored by the Central Bank of Nigeria, the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority and the Africa Finance Corporation for end-to-end origination, execution, management and divestment of bankable infrastructure projects in Nigeria.

  • She led the team that advised Africa Plus Partners Nigeria Limited in connection with the establishment and promotion of two funds NGN20.5 Billion Africa Inf Plus Fund I and NGN200 Billion Africa Infra Plus Fund II.
