  • Advised the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria in connection with the sale of its 100% shareholding in Keystone Bank Limited; the last of the erstwhile bridge banks following the 2010 banking recapitalisation exercise in the Nigerian banking industry;
  • Advised Helios Investment Partners, a leading private equity firm, in connection with its acquisition of 49% of Oando Plc’s interest in Oando Gas and Power Limited;
  • Advised Africa Plus Partners in relation to its establishment of a N30 billion infrastructure fund; one of the very few infrastructure funds registered by the Nigerian Securities & Exchange Commission;
  • Advised Deutsche Bank (Singapore Branch) in connection with an invoice finance facility advanced to Airtel Networks Limited for the purpose of financing working capital requirements;
  • Advised First City Monument Bank Limited in connection with the establishment of a N100,000,000,000 Bonds Issuance Programme through its wholly owned special purpose vehicle, FCMB Financing SPV Plc; under which programme the bank has issued three tranches of bonds.
