Stephanie Szedlák

Stéphanie is specialised in banking and finance matters, including acquisition finance, asset based finance, structured finance, leveraged finance, debt issuances, secured lending, financial restructurings, capital markets and private equity. She also advises clients on financial regulatory matters.
Her clients include banks, financial institutions, large corporates and investors.

She is also a member of the firm's German region team.

Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Stéphanie worked at a leading Swiss law firm in Zurich and at the administrative court of the Canton of Aargau.
