  • Assisting Bank of America Merill Lynch with the USD 2.9 billion financing for the acquisition of Interactive Intelligence Group Inc.
  • Working together with Morgan Stanley on the USD 2.5 billion (re)financing of Samsonite’s acquisition of Tumi. 
  • Advising several financial institutions with head quarters in Latin America with their banking and financing operations in Europe. 
  • Assisting Alpha Trains group on the acquisitions of (future) railroad stock and the set up and changes to the EUR 1.25 billion finance platform.
