• Advised Tianqi Lithium Corporation (002466) in the USD 3.5 billion financing project for the acquisition of 23.77% A shares in Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. from Nutrien Ltd.. 
• Advised the Carlyle Group in the financing project of the senior secured credit facilities of USD 1.945 billion for the acquisition of Atotech B.V. from Total S.A..
• Represented the onshore/offshore syndicates arranged by HSBC and UOB on the onshore-offshore linked financing involving an aggregate amount of billions of RMB or its equivalent granted to the subsidiaries of an fund managed by TH Real Estate for its acquisition and development of Florentia Village in Shanghai.
• Advised the syndicate arranged by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and HSBC in the acquisition financing project for the privatization delisting (with a transaction value of more than USD 660 million) of Pactera Technology International Ltd..
• Advised Huayu Automotive Systems Company Limited in the financing project of the standby syndicated facility of RMB 5 billion granted by the syndication arranged by ICBC, SAIC Finance Co., Ltd. And etc..
