  • Advised on the construction of a 5,000 barrel per day (bpd) modular refinery in southern Nigeria.
  • Advised a consortium of lenders in connection with the US$170,000,000.00 medium term financing of the rehabilitation and revamping of a fertilizer plant in Nigeria.
  • Advised a syndicate of lenders in connection with the provision of a US$2,000,000.00 Senior Secured Medium Term Acquisition Facility to Aiteo Eastern E&P Company Limited for the acquisition of OML 29 and Nembe Creek Trunkline.
  • Advised BNP Paribas, S.A. on the US$22,000,000.00 Term Loan Facility to Dangote Oil & Gas Company Limited and Dangote Industries Limited.
