  • Advised Synlab GmbH in relation to its US$2,000,000,000 acquisition of a majority stake in a leading Nigerian pathology laboratory company which involved the acquisition of the stake of a South African strategic investor.
  • Advised Frontier Oil Limited in connection with the US$45,000,000.00 term loan facility provided by Union Bank of Nigeria Plc for the drilling and completion of 2 oil wells and associated infrastructure, development of flowlines, and drilling of a produced water disposal well and water injection treatment facilities on the Uquo Marginal Field in OML 13 onshore, Nigeria.
  • Advised Lily Hospitals Limited (Lily), in relation to the US$4,000,000 acquisition of the majority shares of a strategic investor (a global healthcare fund) in Lily by a new investor, a health provider across Africa.
  • Advised Petrogap Oil and Gas Limited in connection with a US$100,000,000 investment pursuant to the Financial and Technical Services Agreement with a Marshall Islands project company for the conversion, installation and supply of a Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading vessel to be utilised for field operations in Okwok Field in Oil Mining Lease 67.
  • The Firm advised San Leon Energy Plc, a Dublin registered energy entity, in connection with its debt and equity investment in Nigerian independent oil and gas operations by way of subscription of shares and loan notes in the funding and technical partner of the operator which was originally completed in 2021.
