His notable cases include acting for creditors in one of the largest and most complex insolvency proceedings in Indonesian history; a Fortune 500 multinational technology company’s investments in data center projects, which included various property deals and licensing advice; various automotive companies with their disposals of their Indonesian assets and exits from the market; and a major Indonesian infrastructure company with the signing of a port concession agreement for operation in East Kalimantan.

• Advised and represented TE Healthcare (a private equity backed by TPG Capital) in its greenfield and brownfield investments, including share and asset deal structured transaction
• Advised and represented Nissan on the sale of its majority stake to Indomobil.
• Advised General Motors (GM) on the disposal of its substantial assets in Indonesia.
• Acted as Indonesian counsel to General Electric in connection with the global sale of GE Transportation to Wabtec in a deal worth more than $2 billion globally.
• Advised Lone Star in the sale of the Altadia Group to US global investment firm Carlyle.
• Represented major creditors in the sophisticated and complicated insolvency proceedings (PKPU) of the country’s airline company.
• Advised a foreign creditor with a loan of more than US$100 million in connection with insolvency process in Indonesia.
