  • Advised Viasat, Inc., in connection with the US$222 million all stock acquisition of Rignet Inc.
  • Advised First Carlyle Growth V in connection with its US$40 million indirect 60% equity investment in a leading full-service travel company (Wakanow.com Limited) and its related/affiliated companies.
  • Advised INTL FCStone Ltd (now StoneX Group) in connection with the acquisition of the investment banking and brokerage businesses of Exotix Holdings Limited.
  • Advised FCMB Pensions Limited (a member of the FCMB Group, a leading business and financial services group in Nigeria) in connection with the over NGN11 billion strategic acquisition of AIICO Pension Managers Limited, and subsequent merger of both corporations.
  • Advised Hewlett-Packard International with regards to its businesses and assets into two distinct companies in several jurisdictions including Nigeria; and advised Hewlett-Packard Enterprise in connection with sale of its assets in Nigeria to the Midis Group of Companies as part of its divestment in six countries, including Nigeria.
  • Oakwood Green Capital Limited and SIFAX Nigeria Limited in connection with the acquisition of commercial banks in some West African countries (including, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone).
