Jens, who became a partner in 2008, specializes in project and structured financing, energy law, corporate law and fundraising.

Jens is recognised for his commercial understanding and ability to understand the needs and interests of each individual client.

Jens has helped structure several ground-breaking investment products, several based on renewable energy projects. 

• Advised Credendo Group and EKF in connection with the USD 2 bn financing of the 376 MW Taiwanese Formosa off-shore wind project.
• Advised Avista AG in connection the establishment of a JV and construction of a 100.000 tons spill-oil re-refinery project in Denmark.
• Advised EKF in connection with the portfolio financing of an Engie portfolio of Mexican wind and solar assets.
• Adviser to the ECA on the financing of the Swedish Zlatan (163,4 MW) and Valhalla (357 MW) on-shoe wind projects
• Advised the senior lenders on the project documents and EKF on the financing in connection with the financing of Gennia's Argentinian on-shore wind projects.
