Søren Andreasen

Søren Andreasen is a leading real estate lawyer, advising on complex real estate transactions, primarily within M&A real estate, project development, real estate and project financing, and the letting of real estate.

As an adviser to some of the most prominent players in the real estate sector, including private and institutional investors, developers and fund and asset managers in Denmark and abroad, Søren has extensive experience in property transactions and property development.

Clients often rely on Søren as their trusted adviser to assist in the transfer of shares and other assets, in portfolio transactions, in project development across various asset classes, including residential properties, hotels, office premises, and in logistics and infrastructure projects.

He is known for his pragmatic, practical and creative approach to complex transactional and legal issues.
