Teis Gullitz-Wormslev

Teis is an experienced finance lawyer, advising on all types of acquisition and asset finance transactions. Teis also advice on insolvency and restructuring matters and acts as trustee and restructuring administrator. In addition, Teis regularly assist in the sale and purchase of businesses in financial distress, as well as in acquisitions and transfer of portfolios of distressed debts (NPLs). Finally, Teis advises his clients on general commercial law matters, such as contracts, negotiation and disputes. 

From 2005 to 2008, Teis headed up Kromann Reumert's London office, where he developed an extensive international network and broad experience in cross-border transactions.

Teis always aims to provide result-driven advice of high quality in close cooperation with his clients. Teis is valued for his approachable manner, commercial insight and focus on pragmatic solutions; all expressed through a trust-based relationship and informal dialogue.

Teis has since 2018 been the head of Kromann Reumert's International Committee overseeing and coordinating the firm's international business and relationships.
