He has provided legal services on many influential deals, including: Shanghai MicroPort EP MedTech Co.'s (688351) Shanghai IPO; the A-share listings of Thinker Agricultural Machinery and Hongxin Electronics Technology; JD Logistics Inc.'s acquisition (by indirect acquisition through agreements and comprehensive tender offer) of Deppon Logistics Co., Ltd.; representing Blue Sail Medical (002382) in the red-chip restructuring of its cardiovascular and cerebrovascular business; and JD Group's acquisition of shares in multiple A-share listed companies.
