Fangxue Zhang

Ms. Zhang specializes in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, asset securitization, private equity, and corporate compliance. She has represented many companies in their initial public offerings, private issuances, and major asset restructurings on domestic capital markets. She also has extensive transaction experience in relation to industries such as finance, energy, real estate, TMT, medical services, shipping, insurance, and consumer products manufacturing.

Ms. Zhang's experience in capital markets mainly includes: the A-share IPOs of PSBC, Huaneng Hydropower, Jinchen Machinery, and Huizhong Instrumentation; the A-share private offerings of COSCO shipping and GAC Group; major asset restructurings of Wanda films, International Medical, and Contemporary Mingcheng; the spin-off and reverse takeover of SFUN and Zhongwang Group; and COFCO Wine's tender offer for JIUGUI. Her experience in asset securitization mainly includes the CITIC SanPower Nanjing International Finance Center Reit, and the Maike International Building Reit, projects.
