Gil is a first port of call for Israeli clients in regards to their commercial objectives internationally, especially in the e-commerce sector, with a focus on regulated industries. Gil has, for over a decade, counselled the world’s leading internet gaming and fintech companies with respect to corporate and commercial issues. Together with his team, Gil has led the development of Herzog’s industry leading Blockchain Practice.

• Advised 888 Holding PLC in its acquisition of Betbright for £17 million.
• Advised 888 Holdings PLC in its acquisition of Costa Bingo Offering from Jet Management, for £18 million in cash.
• Advised 888 US Inc. in its acquisition of the remaining interest in All American Poker Network (AAPN Holdings, LLC) for US $28 million in cash. 
• Advised Superbet in a strategic equity investment of £175 million by Blackstone.
• Advised PokerStars in a deal of the sale of its shares for $5 billion to Canada's Amaya Gaming Group.
