Heading two main departments at Herzog, Adam focuses on representing foreign and local entities in infrastructure projects, project financing transactions, energy and natural resources transactions and general corporate and commercial transactions. Adam's diversified practise includes the provision of legal advice to all 'players', including governmental entities, financial institutions and private entrepreneurs. Adam has been involved in most large scale infrastructure projects in Israel.

• Advised Noy Fund (a leading Israeli infrastructures fund) on various investments in infrastructures and energy transactions; 

• Advises Enlight Energy (a publicly listed company) on various investments in infrastructures and energy transactions; 

• Advised Ashdod Desalination (a subsidiary of Israel's water utility company) in the financing of a 100 m3/year water desalination facility;

• Advised the senior lenders in the financing of various conventional and cogeneration IPP projects (Dorad, Dalia, Ashdod Energy, Ramat Negev).
