Armel Waisse is highly regarded for her sound knowledge in banking, insolvency, commercial and financial law. She assists clients in domestic and cross-border financing, bankruptcy cases and restructuring deals involving the enforcement of Luxembourg law governed financial collateral arrangements.   • Advised a Luxembourg bank in relation to the setting-up of a senior syndicated loan for the acquisition of a prominent shopping centre.
  • Advised senior secured noteholders in relation to debt restructuring, pre-trial actions and pledge enforcement, where the value of the matter was 200 million Euros
  • Advised creditors in relation to the bankruptcy of the Luxembourg entity of a leading global workspace provider.
