The team represented the client in negotiations, coordinated the local legal team and other advisors, liaised with sell-side counsel, and assisted in the preparation of transaction documents. The transaction closed in September 2024.
The firm also provided legal and public procurement consultancy services regarding the construction and long-term service of a CCGT power plant at MVM Mátra Energia Zrt. The team supported the client through contractual negotiations and liaising with the consortium partner. The firm acted as lead counsel and was led by Dr. Sándor Szterényi. The project is currently ongoing.
