The team also advised Generali Holding CEE in the acquisition of Unified Health Insurance Fund Doverie. This included obtaining several reuglatory and concentration clearances in Bulgaria and other jurisdictions. The team acted as lead counsel and was led by partner Yordan Naydenov.
