Highlights

The firm advised Advising the Lenders in connection with a sales transaction in which VINCI Airports and Corvinus purchased 100% of the shares of Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport. The transaction closed in June 2024. 

 The M&A team advised Uniper on the sale of a gas-fired combined-cycle 430 MW power plant located in Gönyű, Hungary to Veolia. The transaction closed January 2025.
