Highlights

The Banking & Finance team represented a pool of 24 Italian and international banks on a €4 billion sustainability-linked loan financing granted to Snam S.p.A. The transaction closed in December 2024. 

In M&A, the firm represented the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance in connection with its investment in a consortium company led by the private equity fund KKR and aimed at the acquisition of the business unit consisting of the network infrastructure activities of the TIM Group. The transaction closed in July 2024.
