Watson Farley & Williams Greece is a corporate law firm that is based in Athens. It is trading in partnership with the global firm Watson Farley & Williams, which opened in 1982, and today it has more than 580 lawyers working in 17 offices across the world.  

 

Highlights 

The firm advised Aer Soléir and 547 Energy on the complex financing of three new utility-scale wind farms in Greece: the 293 MW Vermio cluster in the Western and Central Macedonia regions, and the Mesokorfi and Koukouras wind farms in the Peloponnese. The projects have been co-financed by the National Bank of Greece (NBG) and the European Recovery & Resilience Fund (RRF) for 496 million EUR, with investment costs expected to reach 1 billion EUR.
