Highlights 

In M&A, the team advised Consilium Private Equity and the other shareholders of GMM Finance in the sale of GMM S.p.A. and its foreign subsidiaries to Biesse S.p.A. the transaction closed in January 2024 and was valued at 69,000,000 EUR. 

In project development, the firm advised Global Student Accommodation (GSA) on the acquisition of the Trentacoste development site in Milan. The team acted as lead counsel and the transaction closed in November 2024.
