Other highlights include advising DNB Markets and Pareto Securities AS on Yinson Production's US$600 million senior secured bond issue. The transaction required extensive negotiations with Euronext Securities Oslo regarding novel registration requirements for a Singapore issuer in Norway's central securities depository. This landmark deal represents one of the largest Nordic bond issuances by an Asian company.
