Highlights

The firm advised a client on an acquisition finance facility for the purchase of a number of companies in the construction sector in the Republic of Serbia and Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina). The advice is currently ongoing. 

The projects team is also advising a client on a project for the development of a recycling deposit return system at a national level in Serbia. The project is currently ongoing.
