SOG in cooperation with Kinstellar is a Serbian law firm in a cooperation with international law firm Kinstellar since 2023. The firm is based in Belgrade. Kinstellar is an international law firm focused on emerging Europe and Central Asia. The firm has a focus on financial and corporate and project development work.

Highlights 

The firm acted as Serbian legal counsel to the lenders in regards to a secured financing provided to the global investment company Actis. The transaction closed in February 2024. 

The team also acted as Serbian counsel to a US investment firm in its strategic investment in DE-YAN. The transaction closed in November 2024.
